• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store raw card data

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Personalize your experience with AI characters
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related communications (account confirmations, updates)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers — including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), ElevenLabs (voice), and cloud infrastructure providers — bound by data processing agreements

• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice to you

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation data may be retained to improve AI performance. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We use essential cookies and browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your browsing data. Analytics, if used, are configured to anonymize user data.
